I only used 2 elements from the kit.

Supplies.

Banner...

Open my template from supplies.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer drag to top.

Place far left side of template duplicate.

On copy add gussian blur on 4 duplicate drop shaddow

change blend mode to overlay.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place on top beneath wordart

add EC gradient glow duplicate.

Highlight star layer duplicate twice name 1 2 and3.

Close 2 and 3 layers highlight 1st. layer add stars at random

see mine for details edit copy merged paste into

animation shop as new image.

Back to psp close layer1 open layer2 add stars as above

edit copy merged paste in animation shop

after current frame. Back to psp close layer2 highlight

layer3 add stars edit copy merged paste in animation shop

after current frame. You only need to add 3 stars on your 1st. layer

then 1 or 2 on layers 2 and 3 or even go over any stars.

View animation save as.

Work as for your banner, resize layers as you go.

Just add the first letter of your name to your avatar resize letter.

Save as.
