Supplies.

I used Montisblindmask on my template, thanks Monti for sharing.

Filters.

EC gradient glow.

Xenofex constalation.

Open my template from supplies.

Highlight center fill layer resize tube of choice

paste as new layer drop shaddow duplicate.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place on top left of template add EC gradient glow

image rotate 90% left place down left of template.

Crop resize 650 pixel width.

Highlight blue circle effects Xenofex constalation

see settings in my supplies.

Add constalation edit copy merged paste

in animation shop as new image, back tp psp undo constalation

add constaltion hit random seed once.

Edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.

Back to psp undo constalation add constalatio

hit random seed once edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.

View animation save as.
