Filters.

Xenofex constaltion.

Banner...

Open my banner from supplies.

Gighlight background layer, resize close up tube

paste as new layer place far left of template duplicate

image mirror.Change blend mode to luminance.

Copy and paste close up tube as new layer center of template

Drag to top duplicate on original add gussian blur on 4

on top tube add drop shaddow duplicate.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name use fill from supplies place far right of template

rotate drop shaddow.

Highlight frame effects constalation add constalation

with setting from my supplies.

Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.

Back to psp undo constalation add constalation

hit random seed once. Edit copy merged paste in animation shop

after current frame. Back to psp repeat constaltion again

hitting random seed just once. copy and paste as before

in animation shop after current frame.

View animation save as.

Open template from supplies.

Resize tube paste as new layer drop shaddow.

Add copyright and licence number.

Add 1st. letter of name place top left of template drop shaddow.

Work as for banner constalation .

Save as.
