File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with colour of choice

mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Duplicate add psp blinds effect.

Resize metal frame circle paste as new layer on top center of mask

magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5

Resize paper of choice paste as new layer invert

delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Copy and paste close up tube as new layer delete on keyboard

change opacity to 50 select none.

Resize diamond frame paste as new layer outside

of metal frame new layer fill with white add noise set on 100

drag below frame, drop shaddow both frames.

Copy and paste full tube as new layer place to right of frame

duplicate on original add gussian blur on 4 on copy drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize star gem2 paste as new layer drop shaddow place

to top left of frame duplicate place under 1st star duplicate

place under 2nd star.

Resize bow1 paste as new layer drop shaddow place

bottom center on top of frame.

Open my wordart from suplies paste as new layer

place to top of frame.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place bottom center of frame add noise on 100

 i added EC gradient glow fist in white then blue.

Crop and resize 650 pixel width.

Edit copy merged paste as new image in animation shop.

Back to psp undo constalation add this time jit random seed

just once, edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.

Back to psp repeat undo constaltion and add it again

hitting random seed once, copy merged paste in animation shop

after current frame, view animation save as.

Banner...

Open my banner template from suplies.

Resize the same paper and elements you used for the tag

Apply smae mask but use deformation tool to resize it.

Add your close up resized to diamond frame as you did on your tag

leave opacity normal.

Resize middle tube paste as new layer on top of paper fill

change opacity to 50 duplicate image mirror.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name as you did on your tag place to bottom right of template.

Work animation as you did with your tag.

View animation save as.

This change opacity to 50 on your frame tube.

Add 1st.letter of your name place on top of tube shoulder.

Work animation as for your banner.

View animation save as.
