Font of choice i used times new vespasian.

File new 650x650 fill with white new layer fill with paper of choice

mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize mask to your own liking duplicate.

Resize element3 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in center selections modify

exspand by5 paste paper of choice invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place to bottom of frame

delete on keyboard select none.

Paste tube again on top of 1st tube drop shaddow

align up with 1st tube use selection tool cut off

overlapping of tube at the bottom of frame drop shaddow frame.

Resize element6 paste as new layer drop shaddow

place to right of frame.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name lace bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Crop resize, delete white background.

Save as PNG.
