File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer

fill with paper 10 mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable

add psp weave effect.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top center

of mask, magic wand click in center selections modify

exspand by5 paste paper 2 as new layer selections invert

delete on keyboard drag bellow frame.

Resize chocolate colour close up tube by110

paste as new layer delete on keyboard.

Select none drop shaddow frame.

Open full tube image mirror paste as new layer place

on top left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly4 image mirror paste as new layer

place on top right of frame drop shaddow rotate slightly.

Resize eggs1 paste as new layer place on top

bottom left of tube drop shaddow.

Resize chicken1 paste as new layer place on top right

of eggs1 drop shaddow.

Resize egg3 paste as new layer place behind chicken drop shaddow.

Resize ribbon1 paste as new layer place on top

bottom of eggs erase part so it looks its woven around

elements drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

delete white background save as PNG.
