File new 650x650 Fill with white, new layer fill with black

mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame4 paste as new layer on top center of mask

magic wand click in center selections modify

exspand by5 Resize pape of choice copy paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard drag bellow frame.

Open full tube paste as new layer on top center of frame

delete on keyboard Paste tube again on top of 1st tube drop shaddow

Align up with bottom tube drag to top.

Erase any overlapping of tube you do not want showing.

Rersize cushion paste as new layer just beneath tubes foot

drop shaddow rotate slightly.

Resize cup paste as new layer place on top left

of cushion drop shaddow.

Resize crow paste as new layer place on top rim of cup

slightly rotate drop shaddow.

Resize candles paste as new layer place bottom right

corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize dragon box paste as new layer place on top bottom left 

of candles drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place on top center of tube, see mine for details

Add a red shaddow.

Highlight candles use freehand tool point to point

draw around each candle frame just slightly bigger than the flame.

Add Eye Cand Nature flame.

For the 1st layer use my settings as in my supplies.

Select none edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.

back to psp undo select none undo fire add fire hitting random seed

once select none edit copy paste in animation shop after current frame.

back to psp undo select none undo fire add fire
