File new 650b650 fill with white, open paper5 colourize grey scale

copy and paste as new layer mask select and apply mask

merge mask visable.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center of frame selections modify

exspand by5 resize paper11paste as new layer selections invert

delete on keyboard drag below frame add Murah's Meister clouds

set as follows.Light white. FG. white. BG.black.

All other settings on default.

Resize branch paste as new layer place to top right corner

of frame delete on keyboard select none drop shaddow 

duplicate image mirror.

Resize full tube paste as new layer place bottom right of frame

Drop shaddow 4.4.70.7 duplicate.

Resize raven paste as new layer place on top right

branch drop shaddow duplicate image mirror place on top of

the cross on the tube.

Resize candle holder2 image mirror paste as new layer place

to bottom left corner of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name rotate 90% left place down right of frame

Add drop shaddow in red.

Freehand tool point to point draw around the candle flame.

Effects EC nature fire use same settings as included

in my supplies for the 1st layer.

Select none edit copy merged and paste in animation shop as new image

back to psp undo select none undo fire

add fire hitting random seed once.Select none Edit copy merged 

paste in animation shop after current frame.

Back to psp undo select none undo fire add fire

hit random seed once. select none edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.

View animation save as.
