Open my banner from supplies.

Open footprinta from scrap kit resize

paste as new layer place towards top center left

of template drop shaddow.

 Open and resize tube of choice, paste as new layer

center left of wordart drop shaddow.

Erase small parts to make her look like she is

laying in the sand.

Open and resize the sunhat colourize to compliment your tube.

Paste as new layer place bottom left corner of template

drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place top left of template drop shaddow.

Freehand tool draw around the wine in glass
add noise on 80 select none highlight frame add noise on 80
edit copymerged paste in animation shop as new image.
Back to psp undo back to glass noise
undo this noise add noise on 90
Highlight frame add noise on 80
copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.
Back to psp repeat as above change noise settings to 100.

View animation save as.

Add tube, image mirror add ©and artist name and your licence.

Add name place text size 20 all caps rotate 

place down right of template.

Repeat noise to frame as same settings as banner
