Open my banner template from supplies.

Highlight background, select all resize paper6 

paste as new layer.

Resize el9 paste as new layer on top center of background.

Resize full tube paste as new layer place to right of template

drop shaddow, add penta.com dot and cross default settings.

Resize full tube paste as new layer place center of template drop shaddow.

drag to top of layers.

Resize el10 paste as new layer place top left of template drop shaddow.

Resize el14 paste as new layer rotate drop shaddow

place top right of el10. Select none.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name rotate place to bottom left of template drop shaddow white.

Animation...

Highlight background plugins VM natural sparkle set on 18

edit copy merged paste as new image in animation shop.

Back to psp undo sparkle add sparkle set on 20

edit copy merged in animation shop after current frame.

Repeat two more times but change the sparkle to 22 then 24.

View animation save as.

Work as for your banner resize layers as you go.

Omit the hearts and lips tubes.

Add ©artist name and licence number.

Add 1st.letter of your name place top left of template

white drop shaddow.

Save as PNG.
