File new 650x650 fill with white.

Resize paper2 paste as new layer mask select and apply mask

merge mask layer visable i added psp weave effect white.

Resize scollop frame red paste as new layer on top center

of mask, magic wand click in center selections

modify exspand by2 resize paper3 as new layer

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.

Magic wand click in all Canadian leaves around the frame

selections modify exspand by2 new layer

fill with red and white gradient drag below frame select none.

Magic wand click in center of frame selections

modify exspand by2 paste close up tube as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard select none.

Paste tube again drag to top align with 1st.tube drop shaddow.

Erase parts of tube you do not want showing.

I used the freehand tool point to point drew around

the arm copied and pasted it on top of frame,

Then did the same with her head and shoulders merged

these layers visable then drop shaddow.

I used MC Sweetie Hearts font capital C placed on top

of Canadian leaf on the tube drop shaddow.

Open my wordart from supplies paste as new layer place

top left of frame.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name i used red placed to bottom right of frame

then added a white drop shaddow.

Delete white background save as PNG.
