Plugins.
Murah's Meister encircle
Penta.com dot and cross.

File new 650x650 fill with white,new layer

fill with black and wine colour set to gradient

Radial  6 repeats H V 50 invert gradient ticked.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize flower2 by 45 then 75 colourize to match your tube.

I used Hue 255 Saturation 111.

Copy and paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Murah's Meister coppies Encircle change number to 11.

Magic wand click in center of frame selections modify by5

Fill with paper 5 colourize as above resize

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Resize close up tube image mirror paste as new layer

move to left inside frame center delete on keyboard select none.

Add Penta.com dot and cross to tube.

Change blend mode to luminance.

Resize full tube paste as new layer place bottom right

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize popsiclestick colourize as above paste as new layer

place to bottom of tube drop shaddow.

Resize seagull paste as new layer place on top left

 of popsiclestick drop shaddow.

Resize wordart colourize as above paste as new layer

use deformation to place nicely top left of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name text size 72 place on top left of beach bum.

delete white background save as PNG.
