File new 700x700 resize or crop later. new layer fill with white.

Resize element27 paste as new layer magic wand

click in center of frame selections modify exspand by5.

Resize paper of choice i colourized mine

copy and paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame select none. Drop shaddow frame.

Resize element46 paste as new layer place top left corner 

below frame drop shaddow duplicate image mirror

duplicate image flip duplicate image mirror.

Paste a few to your own liking on top of sides of frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place 

on top bottom center of frame erase bottom parts of tube

so only her foot is showing. Duplicate on original tube

on top tube drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize element9 paste as new layer image rotate 90% right

place bottom right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element39 paste as new layer image mirror place

on top bottom element9 drop shaddow.

Resize element 6 paste as new layer place on top bottom

element 39 drop shaddow.

Resize element 46 paste as new layer image rotate 90% right

place on top element 6 drop shaddow duplicate image mirror

Resize elements 13 and 14 paste as new layers placing

one on top bottom left center corner of frame drop shaddow as you go

paste the other two side by side of 1st flower again see mine for details.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Add name place on top bottom left of flowers drop shaddow.

Crop and resize if needed.
Delete white background save as PNG.
