VM Natural sparkle plugin.

File new 650x650 fill with white new layer fill with paper of choice.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize tree3 paste as new layer image mirror place to bottom left

of mask  drop shaddow.

Resize frame5 paste as new layer on top center of mask

magic wand click in center new layer fill with a sky blue colour

Effects Murahs Meister clouds i used a blue and grey select none.

Highlight clouds layer selections modify exspand by5

resize skyline paste as new layer place to bottom of frame.

Resize full moon paste as new layer place to top right of frame

 drop shaddow this layer and the frame.

 Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place her hands on top of skull

on the frame drop shaddow.

Resize candle1 paste as new layer place to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize book2 paste as new layer place on top bottom

of candle drop shaddow.

Crop and resize 650x650 pixels all layers checked if needed.

Add url copyright and licence.

Add name place to top center of frame drop shaddow.

Highlight cloud layer effects VM Natural sparkle set on 15

edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.

Back to psp undo sparkle add sparkle set on 18 edit copy merged paste

in animation shop after current frame.

back to psp undo sparkle add sparkle set on 21

edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.

View animation save as.
