Font of choice i used It Lives In The Swamp BRK.
File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper of choice
mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.
I resized mine by110 then added psp weave effect.
Copy frame3 paste as new layer on top center of mask.
Magic wand click in center selections modify
exspand by5 resize paper of choice paste as new layer
selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.
Drop shaddow your frame.
Resize halloween wordart paste as new layer place
on top center of frame fill drop shaddow.
Resize spooky ghost paste as new layer place on top bottom of wordart.
Resize web and spider paste as new layer place on top bottom
right corner of frame drop shaddow.
Resize wicked star paste as new layer place top right
of frame drop shaddow.
Resize halloween stars paste as new layer arrange at top and side
of wicked star erase one you dont want showing see mine for details.
Open tube of choice paste as new layer image mirror place
to left side of frame drop shaddow.
Add url copyright and licence.
Add name place on top bottom of spooky ghost drop shaddow.
Crop if needed delete white background.
Save as PNG.
