File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper of choice

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Open frame 3 colourize to match a colour on your tube.

Resize frame paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center of frame selection modify exspand by5

Resize paper4 paste as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame effects Murahs Meister clouds change the colours

to white white and bg black.

Resize sparkles paste as new layer delete on keyboard select none.

Resize moonrise paste as new layer place inside frame

drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place to

right side of frame drop shaddow.

Open cross colours greyscale resize paste as new layer place

to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize candlesticks paste as new layer place on top bottom

of cross drop shaddow.

Resize leaves paste as new layer place to bottom of candles

drag below candles drop shaddow.

Resize flower colourize same colour as frame paste as new layer place to bottom right of 

 candles drag below candles image mirror drop shaddow.

Resize ribbon 2 colourize paste as new layer on top of candles and flower

erase parts to make it look its woven on the candles drop shaddow.

Open my wordart from supplies paste as new layer place to top of frame.

Add url copyright and licence.

Add name place bottom left of tubes feet drop shaddow.

Delete white background save as PNG.
