Open my templates in psp.
Open my templates in psp.
Banner...
Highlight background resize close up tube paste as new layer
Add spiders web use settings in my supplies
change blend mode to screen drag above rectangle.
Duplicate image mirror.
Resize full tube paste as new layer place on top center of template
Drop shaddow.
Add url copyright and licence, add name place
to top between tubes and drag below full tube drop shaddow.
Crop merged apaque.
Save as PNG.

Work as for banner template resize each layer as you go.
Add 1st.letter of name place to top left corner
of template drop shaddow
Save as PNG.
