Font of choice i used English Gothic, 17th c.

Banner...

File new 650x250 fill with white. Change strok to a light colour

from your tube and the fill to a darker colour make the darker colour

a gradient linear and 5 repeats new fill with this gradient.

Add Penta dot com dot and cross on default.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer to left side of template

Change blend mode to overlay duplicate image mirror.

Use preset shapes on triangle draw a thin rectangle all the way

across your template toward the top. Add EC gradient glow.

Effects geometric wave   Horizontal displacement Amplitude 20

Wave length 50 Same for Vertical

Resize full tube paste as new layer place center of template

add drop shaddow duplicate.

Highlight background select all float modify contrast by 3 invert

fill with a light colour from your tube drag to top select none.

Add EC gradient glow duplicate.

Add url copyright and licence.

Add name place bottom right of template drop shaddow.

Crop merged apaque.

twinkle rotation 45.

keep original image checked.

random seed 2521.

Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.

Back to psp undo constalation add constalation hit randsome once.

Back to psp undo constalatio add constalation hit random seed once.

edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.

View animation save as.

Add copyright and licence number add 1st.letter of name place

to bottom right of template view animation save as.
