Font of choice i used Impact on caps.
File new 650x650 fill with white new layer fill with paper of choice
mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.
Add Penta dot com filter effect.
Resize heart frame paste as new layer rotate 90% right.
Magic wand click in center of frame not the hearts
selections modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice
i colourized mine to compliment my tube.
Selctions invert delete on keyboard select none
drag below frame layer highlight frame magic wand click on each
of the hearts on the frame selections invert exspand by5
new layer fill with colour of choice select none
drag below frame, drop shaddow frame.
Resize pin4 paste as new layer place bottom left corner
of frame magic wand click in all blank spaces modify by5
new layer fill with colour of choice select none
drag below pin drop shaddow.
Resize stars paste as new layer rotate 90 % right
place on top left of frame erase any showing on the pin.
Add url copyright and licence.
Add name place to bottom of tubes legs drop shaddow.
Crop if needed delete white background
Save as PNG.
