Xenofex2 Constalation.
Eye candy gradient glow.
Open template in psp.
Banner...
Highlight background layer, resize paper20 paste as new layer.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer rotate 90% left
image mirror place to far left side of template.
Resize full tube paste as new layer place far right of template drop shaddow.
Drag to top of template.
Add url copyright and licence.
Add name place between tubes at top add EC gradient glow.
Highlight lines layer add 1st. layer constalation settings in my supplies.
Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.
Undo constalation add again settings for 2nd layer.
Edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.
View animation save as.
Avatar...
Work as for banner template resizing layers as you go.
Use same constalation setting as for banner.
Add copyright and licence.
Add 1st.letter of your name.
View animation save as.
