dsb flux bright noise.

Open my templates from my supplies in psp.

Banner...

Highlight background select all.

Resize close up tube paste as new layer place to left of template.

Change blend mode to luminance select none.

Duplicate move to right side of template resize again.

Resize full tube paste as new layer place on top center of template.

Drag above the merge layer add drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence.Do not delete your template.

highlight merged layer add noise on mix set at 80.

highlight frame add noise as above.

Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.

back to psp undo both noise layers and repeat again adding noise

this time set on 90, edit copy merged paste in animation shop

after current frame, back to psp and repeat as above one more time

change setting to 100 on the noise edit copy merged paste in

animation shop after current frame, you should have 3 frames now.

View animation. Back to psp.

add name place on top and between 1st. 2 tubes add noise as above.

highlight the 1st. frame of your 3 name frames edit select all

edit copy highlight 1st.frame of your banner edit paste in selected frame.

View animation save as.

Work as you did for your banner resize layers as you go.

Add copyright and licence.

Work on noise as you did on banner.

Add 1st. letter of your name and add noise as you did on your banner name.

Then add to your avatar as you did with your banner.

View animation save as.
