Gighlight the frame layer copy and paste the background from tube
use deformation tool to stretch it to fit.
Add tramages tow the line default settings.
Resize close up tube paste as new layer place to left of template
drop shaddow, resize full tube paste as new layer place
behind 1st.tube drop shaddow drag below 1st.tube.
Your both tubes should be on top of rectangles.
Add name i used caps on mine add EC gradient glow
drag to top of template.
Add url copyright and licence.
Crop apaque merged, save as PNG.

Work the same as you did for your banner resizing layers
as you go. use 1st.letter of your name place bottom right of template.
Add copyright and licence.
Crop apaque merged save as PNG.
