File new 650x250 fill with paper15.
Resize element30 paste as new layer place
on top left down side of template drop shaddow. Duplicate image mirror.
Reisize element28 paste as new layer sharpen
place to right of element 30 drop shaddow.
Resize element42 paste as new layer sharpen place
on top bottom right corner of template drop shaddow.
Resize elememt23 paste as new layer sharpen place
on top left corner of template drop shaddow.
Highlight background layer select all modify exspand by5
invert new layer fill with colour of choice select none
drag to top add dsb bright noise then EC gradient glow white.
Add url copyright and watermark.
Add name place top right of template.
crop apaque merged save as PNG.
Aviator...
File new 150x150.
Work as for your banner resize layers as you go.
Add 1st.letter of name add EC gradient glow white
place to top left of template.
Save as PNG.
