File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper10.

Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Resize element12 paste as new layer on top center of mask.

select all float resize paper 12 paste as new layer select  none

merge visable these two frames together,drop shaddow.

Magic wand click inside center of frame,paste paper5as new layer drag below frame.

Resize tube paste as new layer center of frame invert,delete on keyboard

select none. Paste tube again on top of original tube

akign it up.Erase overlapping of tube at the bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element59 paste as new layer,you want it just inside

of your frames drop shaddow.

Resize elements17 and 18 paste as new layers, arrange to top right

of frame image mirror one as you go drop shaddow.

Resize elements22 and 23 paste as new layers place on top

of elements 17 and 18,see mine for details,drop shaddow.

Resize element4 paste as new layer on top element22 drop shaddow.

Resize element73 paste as new layer on top bottom left of frame.

Image mirror rotate slightly drop shaddow.

Add wordarts i used Naughty or nice on mine.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name place bottom right of frame,add Kang Houdini is only sleeping.

Delete white background, save as PNG.
