File new 650x650 fill with white,New layer fill with paper6.
Mask new from image, select and apply mask,merge mask visable.
Resize Frame2 paste as new layer on top center of mask.
Magic wand click in center modify exspand by5.
Paste paper1 as new layer,invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.
Resize tube paste as new layer to bottom of frame,delete on keybord.
Paste tube again drag to top,drop shaddow,erase overlapping
of tube at the bottom,select none,drop shaddow frame.
Open my wordart, paste as new layer on top of frame.
Resize Flowers5 paste as new layer on top left of frame,Drop shaddow.
Duplicate image mirror.
Resize Butterfly1 paste as new layer on top right of
flowers5,Drop shaddow.
Resize Pendant paste as new layer on top of left flowers5,Drop shaddow.
Resize Bow7 paste as new layer on top bottom center
of frame, drop shaddow.
Resize Glass button paste as new layer,on top right of frame
rotate slightly, drop shaddow.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name on top bottom left of frame,Drop shaddow.
Edit copy merged, paste in animation shop as new animation duplicate 11 times.
Open animation edit select all,edit copy,Highlight 1st.frame of your tag.
edit select all edit paste in selected frame.
Place just beneath the wordart.
View animation,save as.
