File 700x750 resize and crop later.Fill with white.New layer fill with paper4,

mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.Opacity to 80.

Resize frame66,paste as new layer,ontop of mask

move to right top of mask.Magic wand click in blanks on frame

Modify exspand by5,fill with paper3,invert delete on keyboard below frame.

Resize tube,paste as new layer to bottom right of frame delete on keyboard.

Change blend mode to soft light,opacity80.select none,drop shaddow frame.

Resize element2.Paste as new layer,drop shaddow.

duplicate mirror layers,add and arrange the top and right of frame.

Resize ele42,paste across top of frame, drop shaddow.

duplicate image rotate 100%,paste down right of frame.

Resize ele1 paste as new layer to left of flower arrangement.

Drop shaddow duplicate image mirror.

Resize ele3 paste as new layer just beneath ele1,on right of frame,drop shaddow.

Resize ele9 paste as new layer, on top center f frame,drop shaddow.

Resize ele30,paste as new layer on top bottom right

of frame,drop shaddow.

Resize tube paste as new layer,on top bottom center of stairs drop shaddow.

Resize ele35 paste as new layer on top bottom left corner

of stairs,drop shaddow,erase center leg,and make other legs even.

Resize ele27,image mirror,paste as new layer on top left

of ele35,drop shaddow.

Resize ele34 paste as new layer on top bottom right of second stair,drop shaddow.

Resize ele50 paste as new layer to right of ele34,drop shaddow.

Resize ele10 paste as new layer on top right 3rd.stair,

Drop shaddow,resise same flower as around the top of frame,

drop shaddow place on top ele10.

Resize ele19 paste as new layer on top right of ele10,rotate slightly.

Resize wordart1 paste as new layer,to bottom left of tag,Add a light drop shaddow.

Add a few tiny stars to the flower arrangement around frame.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name to bottom right of tag,drop shaddow.

Crop resize, Edait copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.Duplicate7 times,

Open dove animation,highlight 1st.frame,edit select all edit copy.

Highlight 1st.frame of your tag,edit select all,edit paste in selected frame.

Place on top left hand of tube, jus above the palm.

View animation,save as.
