File new 650x250.Fill with white.New layer fill with gradient.

Preset shapes,screen shot included in supplies.

draw a narrow rectangle in 347035 all the way across

a small way in from the top,duplicate image flip.

draw another rectangle in E46A69.duplicate image flip.

Add another in 347035.space them evenly between as best you can.

effects VM Toolbox Zoom Blur,default settings.

Effecta Edge Enhance.

resize full tube,paste to far right of template

image mirror.move back to in original place,drop shaddow.

resize tube again paste to far left of template

Change blend mode to soft light.

Close white background, merge layers visable.

Effects AAA Frames Foto Frame.

Highlight white background,select all float,modify

exspand by5,invert new layer drag to top.

Fill with Linear gradient 45 Angel,7 repeats.

Foreground.E46A69. Background.347035.Make gradient on background colour.

Add EC gradient glow,thin white.

Effects dsb Flux,Bright noise,mix 50.

Crop merged Apaque.

Open stars paste on top of template,

Add url copy right and licence number.

Add name add EC Gradient glow thin white.

Place center of template.

Highlight stars,effects dsb bright noise.mix 80.

Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop,as new animation.

Back to psp,add noise mix 90,copy merged,paste in animation shop

after current frame.Back to psp repeat adding noise one more time

mix 100.Copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.

View animation,save as.

Aviator...

File new 150x150 fill with white.

Highlight your merged banner merged background.

Copy and paste in Aviator.

Resize full tube,paste on left of aviator,drop shaddow.

Merge these two layers visable.

add AAA Foto Frames,same as you did on your banner.

Copy and paste stars to right of aviator.

Add same border frame as you did on your banner.

add copyright and licence number.

Add 1st letter of your name,to top right og template.

Add same animation to stars.

View animation Save as.
