Drop shaddow,throughout.2.2.5.5.
File 650x650.Fill with white.New layer fill with paper166,mask new from image,
select and apply mask,merge mask visable.
Resize element21x65.Copy and paste as new layer,center of mask
 Click inside frame,modify exspand x5.
Resize paper7x60.Paste as new layer,invert delete on keyboard,drag below frame,Drop shaddow.
Paste close up tube2,delete on keyboard,select none,change blend mode to Luminance.
Resize full tube x60.Paste as new layer on top right of frame.Drop shaddow.
Resize element3,x60.Paste as new layer,image mirror.Place on top left of frame,drop shaddow.
Resize element8x45.Paste as new layer,image mirror,place to bottom left of frame,drop shaddow.
Resize element16.x45.paste as new layer bottom of frame,drop shaddow.
Open my wordart,paste as new layer to top center of frame.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name text size72,place to bottom right of tag,drop shaddow.Animation...
Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation,duplicate x21.
Open animation,select all,mirror.edit select all,edit copy,highlight 1st.frame of your tag,
edit select all,edit paste in selected frame
place on top bottom cog wheels.add another animation,place to to left cog wheels.
View animation,save as.
