Drop shaddow throughout.2.2,50,5.
File new 650x650,fill with white.New layer fill with paper3.resize x45,mask new from image,
select and apply mask,resize mask x130.merge mask visable.
Resize el 26 x75,paste as new layer on top center of mask.Magic wand click in center of 1st.frame
Modify exspand by5,resize paper5 x45.paste as new layer,invert delete on keyboard,

drag below frame.
Resize tube x 30,paste as new layer,delete on keyboard,drop shaddow.drag below frame.
Paste tube again,drag to top of 1st tube,align it up,erase overlapping of tube at the bottom.
Highlight frame,magic wand click inside right frame,modify exspand by5,
Resize paper2 x 45,paste as new layer,invert delete on keyboard,drag below frame.

Change opacity x40.
Resize tube x30,paste as new layer,delete on keyboard,drop shaddow.Change blend mode to overlay.select none.
Resize el32,x45.Paste as new delete on keyboard,drag above tube.drop shaddow.
Resize el25 x 30 paste as new layer between the two frames,drop shaddow.
Resize el63 x 85,paste as new layer to top of frame,drop shaddow.
Resize el4 x 30 paste as new layer to top right of frame,drop shaddow.
Resize el37 x30 image mirror,paste as new layer to bottom right of frame,drop shaddow.
resize el27 x 30 paste as new layer,image mirror,place to bottom right of frame,drop shaddow.
Resize el19 x 30 paste as new layer to center left of frame,drop shaddow.
Resize el17 x 30 paste as new layer on top left bottom of frame,drop shaddow.
Add url copyright and licence number.Add name bottom center of frame,drop shaddow.
Delete white background,save as PNG.
