Font of choice i used Before the Rain.
Open frame,magic wand,click inside frame,modify exspand by5,fill with A6855D.Add tramagaes Tow the line default.
Resize tube by 75 then 85,paste as new layer on top of frame,invert delete on keyboard,drag below frame.Add gussian blur on5.
Select none,paste tube again as before but drag on top of frame.Erase overlapping of tube at the bottom of frame.
Drop shaddow top tube,2.2.50.5.
Highlight white background,Image resize canvas 700 pixels width,fill with white.
New layer fill with gradient.Foreground D06736.background 381812.Make background gradient on.
Linear Angle 60 Repeats7.Fill with gradient.
Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.
crop around tag if needed.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name place to bottom center of frame,drop shaddow 2.2.50.5.
Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation,duplicate by10.
Open animation,Resize by75,edit select all edit copy,
Highlight 1st.frame on tag,edit select all,edit paste into selected frame.
Place to top right corner of frame.
Vew animation,save as.
