File new 650x650,fill with white.
Copy and paste Frame4.as new layer.magic wand,click in center of frame,
modify exspand by3.Resize paper1.by75.Copy and paste as new layer,
invert,delete on keyboard,select none,drag below frame.Drop shaddow frame.1.1.50.5.
Resize beads1,paste as new layer on top of frame,use deformation tool
to fit down the sides of frame,drop shaddow.
Resize full tube by90.paste as new layer center left of beads,drop shaddow.
Resize Glass by75.paste as new layer 0n top bottom right corner of frame,drop shaddow.
Copy and paste Champagne left of glass,drop shaddow.
Resize Gift1.Paste as new layer on top bottom left corner of frame,drop shaddow.
Resize mask1 by70,paste as new layer on top above gift1,rotate slightly left,drop shaddow.
Copy and paste sparkles as new layer on top bottom of champagne.
Resize star2 by65,paste as new layer on top right corner of frame,drop shaddow.
duplicate resie again place to left of 1st star,duplicate place beneath right of 1st star.
Copy and paste Beads2,paste as new layer on top bottom of frame,drop shaddow,
Make sure your tube is now on top,erase beads showing on the glass.
Resize Candleabra by75,paste as new layeron top left of frame,drop shaddow
drag below mask and gift.
Copy and paste swirl,paste as new layer,image rotate 90% right place on top
right of mask,duplicate image mirror.
Resize Brad by 45,paste as new layer on top center 0f beads.Drop shaddow.
Resize Box by55,paste as new layer left of champagne,drop shaddow.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name place on top bottom right of tag,drop shaddow.
Crop if needed.Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation,duplicate 22 times.
Open animation in animation shop,resize by45,edit select all edit copy,
highlight 1st.frame of your tag,edit select all,edit paste in selected frame.
Place on top of champagne.Viewe animation,save as.
