Font of choice i used Whipped Scream.
Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.
Open template,delete credits and layer7.
Highlight background Image canvas size 650x650.New layer fill with black.
Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.Resize by115.Add dsb flux bright noise.
Highlight 4.select all float,new layer,fill with C0C0C0.
Effects Mura's Meisters clouds.default settings.Light.FFFFFF.FG.404040.BG.FFFFFF.
Select none,delete original layer.
Resize main tube by 75.Paste as new layer on top center of template.
duplicate,gussian blur on 5.blend mode Soft light.Drop shaddow original tube.
Highlight 5.select all,float,paste head and shoulder of tube.
Invert delete on keyboard.Select none,blend mode overlay.Delete original layer.
Highlight 3.select all float,new layer.fill with gradient.Foreground C0C0C0.Background 000000
Linear Angle.50.7 repeats.Invert gradient ticked.Add tramages toe the line default.
Delete original layer.Highlight 1.Select all,float,new layer.
Fill with 818181.Select none,delete original layer.Add psp weave effect.
Gap size 1.Width 5.Opacity 1.Weave and gap colours black.Fill gaps ticked.
Add EC gradient glow.colour Black halo on 3.
Highlight 2.add EC gradient glow as above.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name to bottom right of template.drop shaddow.
Highlight the center circle.duplicate twice.Name 1.2.and 3.Close off 2 and 3.Highlight 1.
Effects VM natural sparkle.Default,but change max to 15.
Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.Back to psp.
Close 1.highlight 2.add sparkle on 17.edit copy merged,paste in animation shop
after current frame.Repeat as above one morw time,change max to 19.
View animation,save as.
