Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.
File new 650x650,fill with white.New layer fill with made gradient of own choice.
Mask new from image,select and apply mask.Merge mask visable.Add psp weave white.
Resize frame3 by60.Paste as new layer,sharpen,Magic wand,click in center modify exspand by5.
Resize winter background2 by75.Paste as new layer,invert,hit delete,drag below frame,select none.
Resize tree1 by60.Paste as new layer right of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize presents1 by30,Paste as new layer bottom right of tree,sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize presentbear by20.Paste as new layer left of presnts,sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize tubeby75.Paste as new layer left of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize ball6 by10.Paste as new layer on top bottom of presents,
Sharpen unsharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize candyjar by20.Paste as new layer left of presents,unsharpen,drop shaddow.

Add Merry Christmas wordart to top of frame.I used Christmas font size36.
Add url copyright and licence number.Add name inside bottom left of frame.
Highlight winter background.Select all float,Effects,VanDerLee snow flakes.
From top to bottom.15.0.15.100.0.Basic snow.Random seed 30.
Select none,edit copy merged in animation shop as new image.Back to psp.
Undo select none,undo flakes,apply flakes again random seed on 40.Select none.
Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop after current frame.Back to psp.
Repeat undoing and reapplying once again.Repeat copy and paste as above to animation shop.
Change animation properties to 2o.View animation,save as.
