Eye Candy gradient glow plugin.

Font of choice i used Sylfaen.

Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.

File new 650x650 fill with white.

Copy and paste paper2 as new layer,Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Resize F2 by75.Paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center,modify exspand by5,

Resize paper9 paste as new layer,invert,hit delete,drag below frame.

Resize main tube by45.Paste as new layer bottom center of frame,

Sharpen then drop shaddow both tube and frame.

Resize Element90 by75,paste as new layer bottom center of tubes legs,

Sharpen then drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Top of all layers.Preset shape tool,Ellipse,Antialias and create as vector ticked,line width3.

Draw an ellipse around your tag.Floating ticked.Adjust if needed with deformation tool.

You want your line to touch the top left of frame.

Also have your foreground on colour and background nil.

Once your happy with your text and name,select none,delete preset layer.

Name should be on a new layer.

Use deformation to place where and how your want your name placed,

Add EC gradient glow on thin white and3 then drop shaddow.

Delete white background,save as PNG.
