Eye candy gradient glow.

Font of choice i used HerrFoch Trash.

drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5

File new 650x650,fill with white.

Copy and paste Paper8.mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Add psp noise uniform set on 100.Adjust later making it larger,if need be.

Resize ovalframe1 by75.Paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center,modify exspand by5.

Resize paper17 by55.Paste as new layer,invert hit delete,drag below frame.

Resize tube by 60,paste as new layer,bottom center of frame,hit delete. 

Paste tube again,drop shaddow erase overlapping of tube at bottom of frame.

Drop shaddow frame.

Resize charm1 by60.Paste as new layer top right of frame,Sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize flower3 by30.Paste as new layer top left of frame.Sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize flower4 by30.Paste as new layer just beneath flower3.Sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize glassheart3 by30.Paste as new layer just beneath flower4.

Sharpen twice,drop shaddow,rotate slightly to the left.

Add Hot wordart on top center of heart,roate slighty left.

add EC gradient glow thin white set on 3.

Resize candle2 by30.Paste as new layer bottom right ot frame.Sharpen,drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom center of frame,add EC gradient glow.

Crop around you tag and resize 650 pixels width,all layers ticked.
