Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.5.50.

File new 650x650 fill with white.

Resize paper12.by75.Paste as new layer,mask new from image,

select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Copy and paste chicken wire as new layer,Resize so all edges just touch around mask.

Resize Element17.by 60.Paste as new layer on top center of wire.

Magic wand click in center,modify exspand by5.

Resize paper11.by45.Paste as new layer,invert hit delete,

Drag below frame,drop shaddow frame.

Copy and paste Element30.As new layer.

Resize Element13.by45.place on top bottom left of wire,duplicate mirror.

Resize Element11.by75.paste as new layer right of frame,drop shaddow.

Resize Element6.by30,paste as new layer on top bottom left of ladders,drop shaddow.

Resize Element19.by20.Paste as new layer on top bottom road cone.

Drop shaddow.Rotate 90 degrees right.

Resize Element3.by45.Paste as new layer,bottom left of frame,drop shaddow.

Resize Element5.by45.Paste as new layer on top bottomelement3.

sharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize element4.by45.Paste as new layer below element3.

Sharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize Full tube by60.Paste as new layer,on top center of frame.

and all layers,sharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize Element8 by20.Paste as new layer bottom left of frame,

rotate slightly to left,sharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize element9.by20.Paste as new layer on top bottom element8.

Rotate slightly to right,sharpen then drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom of tag,drop shaddow in red.

Delete white background,save as PNG.
