Tramages tow the line plugin.
Font of choice i used Wolf in the City.
Open cluster frame.New layer,fill with F79F15.
Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.
Highlight frame,new layer fill with E55D0C.drag below frame.
Erase all around frame top,bottom and both sides.Add Tramages tow the line.
Resiz tube by30.paste as new layer bottom right of frame,
Sharpen,Drop shaddow .2.2.50.5.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name bottom left of tubes foot,drop shaddow as above in E55D0C.
Crop and resize if needed.
