Font of choice i used Impact caps on.

I used Great Vibes font for all wordarts.

File 650x650,fill with white.

Copy and paste paper7 as new layer.Mask new from image.

Select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Colourise.Hue.225.Saturation.148.All elements where stated.

Drop shaddow throughout.3.3.75.8.

Resize Frame7by75.Paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand,click in center,modify exspand by5.

Copy and paste the background that comes with your tube.

Resize by35,paste as new layer,drag below frame.

Resize Tube by30.sharpen,drop shaddow.Place bottom center of frame.

Copy and past mask1,move bottom left of frame,colourise,drop shaddow.

Resize bats2 by30.Image mirror,paste as new layer,

top left inside frame,Select none,drop shaddow frame.

Resize ghost2.by45,paste as new layer bottom left of frame,

Colourise,sharpen,drop shaddow.

Add trick or treat on top of sign.See mine for details.

Reize skull chain by30.paste as new layer top right of frame,drop shaddow.

Resize deco3.by30.Paste as new layer bottom right of frame,

colourise,drop shaddow.

Resize sign1.by30.Paste as new layer,bottom right of frame,

colourise drop shaddow.Drag below decor3.

Resize candle4 by30.Paste as new layer bottom right of frame.

colourise,drop shaddow,drag below deco3.

Resize leaves3 by45.Paste as new layer on top right side of mask.

colourise,drop shaddow.erase any showing of left of tag.

Add Halloween word on top center of frame,add EC gradient glow,thin white on3.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name rotate 90% right,place down left side of frame.Add EC gradient glow.

Crop around tag if needed,Delete white background,Save as PNG.
