Drop shaddow throughout. 2.2.50.5.Black.

File new 650 x 650. Fill with white.

Copy and paste Paper12.As new layer,

Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Copy and paste my wordart to top center of mask.

Resize full tube by75. Sharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize Element21.by20.Colourize.Hue.237. Saturation.139.

Place to top inner mask.Drop shaddow.Duplicate,

move to right of original Duplicate, image mirror.

Resize Element44.by30.Paste as new layer on top bottom of center ribbon.

Drop shaddow.Duplicate,resize by75.Move to right of center.

Duplicate move to left of center.Erase string overlapping on outside ribbons.

Resize Element40.by90.Paste as new layer on top bottom center of mask.Drop shaddow.

Resize10.by30.Colourize as above.

Paste as new layer on top left center of mask.Duplicate,image mirror.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Delete white background, save as PNG.
