Eye Candy gradient Glow.
AAA Frames.Foto Frame.
dsb.Flux.Bright noise.
Font of choice i used Love Letters.
Drop shaddow throughout. 3.3.50.5. Black.

Banner...
File new 650 x 350. Fill with white.
Copy and paste Paper1 as new layer.
Resize Close up2 tube by75. Paste as new layer, image mirror. Place Far side of left,
Drop shaddow. Change blendmode to screen.
Resize full tube by75.Paste as new layer center of template, drop shaddow.
Resize Ele19.by75.Paste as new layer,on top right corner of template.Duplicate.
Image mirror.Erase parts overlapping the close up face.
Add Valentine Wordart,With Paper6.for background.Red for foreground.
Place just below bottom of full tube.Add E.C. Gradient Glow,thin white.
Copy and paste paper6.on top of all layers.Select all,float.
Modify contract by4.Hit delete.Select none.
Add dsb.Flux.Bright noise on mix.50.Merge all layers flatten.
Add AAA Frames.Foto Frame.Settings from top to bottom as folowes.
Width.47. Opacity.69. All other settings on default.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name down right of template.Add E.C gradient glow,thin white.
Merge all flatten.Save as PNG.

Avator...
File new 150 x 150.Fill with white.
Work layers as on banner...Background.Tube.Bright noise border.And AAA Frame.
Add copyright and licence number. Add name down right of template.
Save as PNG.
