File new 700x600.Fill with white.File new 650x250.

Select all float,copy and paste paper1.invert delete on keyboard.

Resize rain paste as new layer,invert delete on keyboard.

Drop shaddow in white. Resize close up tube,paste as to left of template,

invert delete on keyboard.Change blend mode to Luminance.Select none.

Resize main tube paste as new layer on top bottom right of template drop shaddow.

Highlight paper background,select all float,modify exspand by5 new layer

fill with black move under bagkground.

Crop around tag. Highlight white background new layer

Fill with paper2.Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Resize wordart,paste as new layer to left of main tube,drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name center of both tubes, add dsb noise mix 100.

Highlight black background, Effects Xenofex Constallation.

Setting from top to bottom. 2. 10. 10. 10. 100. 30. 45 Angle keep original image ticked.

Random seed 3910.

Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.

Back to psp undo constallation, add constalltion,hit random seed once.

Edit copy merged, paste in animation shop after current frame.

Back to psp,undo constallation,add constallation,hit random seed once.

Edit copy merged, paste in animation shop after current frame.

View animation, save as.
