Name font 36 Lombardic Foreground.2155AF.Background.5080C0.

File new 650x650 fill with white,new layer fill with paper2.

Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Resize Ship wheel,paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center,modify exspand by5.

Resize and paste paper4 as new layer,invert delete on keyboard.

Drag below frame layer.

Resize close up tube,paste as new layer,delete on keyboard.

Change blend mode to soft light.Select none.

Copy and paste main tube paste as new layer bottom of ship wheel.

Duplicate,add gussian blur on 10,blend mode soft light.

Drop shaddow original layer.Resize blossom paste as new layer

place in  tubes hair drop shaddow.

 Resize boat paste as new layer bottom of tube,drop shaddow.

Resize box string element,paste as new layer,place on top right end

of boat,drop shaddow,erase part overlapping boat.

Resize Star glitter element,paste as new layer bottom right

of boat,drop shaddow,drag just below the boat.

Resize paper paste as new layer bottom left of wheel,

drop shaddow,rotate slightly to the left.

Resize Sea shell paste as new layer on top bottom center of paper.Drop shaddow.

Resize Cute fish paste as new layer,right of sea shell,drop shaddow.

Resize twig,paste as new layer on top bottom sea shell,drop shaddow.

Resize Water,paste as new layer one on top bottom of tube

one on top of bottom of boat.

Resize Sea gull,paste as new layer,top slightly right of wheel,drop shaddow.

Add wordard,by the sea,to top left of wheel,drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name center left on top of boat,add EC gradient glow.

delete white background,Save as PNG.
