File new 650x650 fill with white.New layer,fill with paper12.

Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Resize25 paste on top towards bottom of mask,drop shaddow

duplicate image mirror.

Resize19 paste on top center of mask,magic wand,click in .center

Resize and paste with 4.Invert delete on keyboard,drag below frame.

Resize 64 paste top left inside frame. select none.Drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube paste center bottom of frame,drop shaddow,

Erase overlapping of tube bottom of frame.

Resize 9 paste top right corner inside frame,drop shaddow.

Resize 44 paste bottom left corner of frame,drop shaddow.

Resize 50 paste on top bottom of44,drop shaddow.

Resize 10 paste to right of 50, drop shaddow.

Resize 23 paste to right of 10. drop shaddow.

Resize 16 paste down right side of frame,Drop shaddow.

Resize 4 paste on top of 16, Drop shaddow.

Resize Irish Princess, paste to right of tubes head, light drop shaddow.

Resize 21.paste on top left corner of frame,drop shaddow. rotate slightly.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name to bottom right of tag,Drop shaddow. Crop and resize if needed,

Highlight rainbow layer,Colours.Adjust.Hue/Lightness.

Master.Hue.0.Saturation.8.Lightness.33.Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop

as new animation.Back to psp.Repeat saturation and lightness change lightness to37.

then again on 41. Edit copy merged your layers,paste in animation shop

after current frame,View animation,save as.
