File new 650x650,fillwith white.New layer.Change colours to.#F5A9AF.Background #0A2532.
Make gradient from the background...Sunburst.50.50.7.Repeats.Invert gradient unticked.
Fill with this gradient.Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.
Resize element55.by45.paste as new layer.magic wand click in center,modify exspandby5.
Resize paper8,by45.paste as new layer,invert hit delete.Drag below frame.
Resize element16.by45.paste as new layer.right of frame,drop shaddow,duplicate,move left ant up above other.
Resize tube by60,Sharpen.paste as new layer bottom center of frame,
Hit delete,Duplicate tube drag on top of original.Drop shaddow.Erase overlapping of tube at bottom of frame.
Resize element2.by45.Pasteas new layer on top bottom center of frame,sharpen.Drop shaddow.
Resize element25 by60.Paste as new layer bottom right of frame,sharpen.
Drop shaddow,rotate right slightly.
Resize element12 by75.image mirror,paste as new layer.Place on top bottom left of chair.Drop shaddow.

move to just above the box.Duplicate again twice,arrange around flower on the right.Resize one of the duplicated by75.
Duplicate again place to top left of frame.
Copy and paste element11.Paste as new layer on top right of mask,drop shaddow.
Element33 by60.Paste as new layer on top bottom right of box.Sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize element47 by60.Paste as new layer on top bottom left of elements,Drop shaddow.
Resize element76 by 45.paste as new layer on top right of wheat,sharpen,drop shaddow,duplicate move up to left.
Resize element81 by30.Paste as new layer on top bottom right flowers,Sharpen,drop shaddow,rotate slightly right.Duplicate.

Resize element81 by30.Paste as new layer on top bottom right flowers,Rotate slightly.
Sharpen,drop shaddow,duplicate,image mirror,place on top of flower on box.
Duplicate againrotate to straighten,place on top left flower.duplicate.
Add URL,copyright and your licence number.
Add name place to bottom left just beneath elements.drop shaddow.
Delete white background,Save as PNG.
